I am delighted to address you and share our company’s achievements since 2003. The year 2019 brought significant changes and challenging yet necessary decisions as we embarked on transforming the company. We have laid the groundwork for a future of sustainable and profitable growth, backed by ambitious structural actions impacting our business, financial, and operational dimensions.
At the outset of 2003, we faced financial uncertainties across various markets and geographies, posing severe challenges to our economic performance. Our top priority was to reverse the trend of declining financial position.
As the Managing Director, my role was to be transparent and convey these challenges to you and the investment community with utmost clarity. However, I also want to assure you with the same conviction that we are confident in the path we have chosen to successfully overcome these challenges.
